Delhi: World day against Trafficking in persons -30th July

Human trafficking has a devastating impact on individual victims, who often suffer physical and emotional abuse. On World Day against Trafficking in Persons, we wanted the students of our schools to realise that trafficking in persons is a serious crime and a grave violation of human rights. To promote this awareness among the students our schools in Delhi province conducted an online assembly on this theme.

The students also got an opportunity to express their views through writing poems as well as drawing and painting. St. Francis’  Inter College Jhansi, and St. Mary’s  College Nainital, encouraged the students to collect the data on human trafficking and present their findings in a video form for the whole school. Few images of their activities are attached hereby.
